Vibrance Mas Workshops
Working with SEN, Women and Youth centres in London, Manchester and Brimingham to combat loneliness and inclusion
Creative SEN Workshops
Through our SEN Workshops with inner-city schools in London, we work with college students with autism, creating a supportive space for them to express themselves creatively while engaging with others confidently. These workshops encourage social interaction and reduce self-consciousness often associated with social settings.
Research supports the value of creativity in improving social and emotional outcomes for individuals with autism. For example, a 2021 study published in Frontiers in Psychology found that engaging in group-based creative activities can enhance communication skills, boost self-esteem, and reduce social anxiety.
Our workshops also gave students a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the carnival. Their creative pieces became part of the wider celebration, providing them with a tangible sense of inclusion and pride, and ensuring they leave their footprint in this vibrant cultural event.
Empowering Women:
Get up and Lets Go Workshops
Our Workshops bring premenopausal and menopausal women together in a supportive space, tackling the loneliness and inactivity often linked to this life stage. By fostering friendships and encouraging social interaction, we help women rediscover their "get up and go" and build the confidence to reconnect with others.
Studies show that increased social interaction and activity can significantly improve mental health and well-being during menopause. These workshops inspire women to embrace a more active, connected, and fulfilling lifestyle.
